Columbia’s Frequency TV can be proud to boast the fact that they are the first college station to offer themselves up as a podcast (err, actually vodcast) through iTunes. They've been producing their own original sketch comedy program called "Out on a Limb" and vodcasting it since October 28th. The growth has been so exponential that they've dedicated themselves to offer six more shows now.Sure, it takes a little work to convert the audio/video so it's iPod Video compatable, but hey look at all the publicity they're getting! Wanna subscribe yourself? Just pop onto iTunes and search for “artist Frequency TV.”

1. Another interesting college-student-produced vodcast is NewsLink Indiana, "local news about local people" produced at Ball State University. It airs in a shorter form on BSU's PBS affiliate WIPB three times each weekday, but is presented in a longer-form version online.
