Universal Music Group has signed with Motorola to make it's music available over Motorola's iRadio music service. iRadio is a highly anticipated service that has been in the works for sometime and rumor had it that Moto would have it ready by Q4 of this year. Well, maybe not, now we're looking at more like by CES 2006.iRadio will cost about 7-bucks a month as a subscription, and include hundreds of commercial-free talk and music channels that you'll be able to download from your computer to your celly, or car, or home stereo. Motorola is expected to kick off the service with a phone that should have the storage capacity for about 70 hours of music (1.5Gb?).
With Universal on board, you'll be sure to hear Eminem through your iRadio... without the pesky ringtone lawsuits.

1. What are the built in limitations? I'm sure there will be plenty. Why do I think this will suck?
