XM Satellite Radio and Samsung Electronics have announced a partnership to introduce a combo MP3/Satellite Radio device. Using XM's incredible Connect-and-Play technology, users will have their choice of two flash-based Samsung players, both of which will be able to tune into XM Satellite Radio when plugged into a docking station. Using the digital audio player, subscribers will be able to download songs they've heard on XM and purchase them through a music download service.Very cool partnership that I'm sure will lead to big things, but the fact that it can't play XM while on-the-go like the MyFi is a little disappointing.
